Like a good moisturiser for your skin is just as this is for your hair is the best way I can describe it. My hair was dry, course, crunchy, falling out due to peri menopause, overuse of hair straightener and hand on heart this product has been a game changer for me. Doesn’t leave your hair heavy or oily. I applied with my hands through towel dried hair and blow dry then apply a light spray of heat protect spray (sorry different brand spray) and style. Lovely happy hair.
